Te koop aangeboden: een bijzonder mooie en zeer originele Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Coupé Typ 143, gebouwd in april 1959.
Deze vroege Low Light is een bijzonder exemplaar voor de liefhebber en verzamelaar. De wagen verkeert in een zeer gezonde, ongerestaureerde originele staat en werd in het verleden enkel opnieuw gespoten in de originele kleur Cardinal Red (L354). Verder is de wagen opvallend origineel gebleven.

Het grote pluspunt van deze Karmann Ghia is de originele en ongerestaureerde staat. Het chassis en onderstel verkeren in mooie originele conditie, zonder zichtbare ernstige roest of beschadigingen.
De carrosserie is mooi strak en de lak heeft een goede glans en homogene kleur. Bij lakdiktemeting werden geen aanwijzingen voor plamuur onder de lak vastgesteld. De chroomdelen, sierlijsten en het glaswerk zijn origineel en bevinden zich in goede staat, met slechts normale lichte ouderdomssporen.
Ook het interieur is volledig origineel bewaard gebleven, inclusief de grijze en rode bekleding, originele vloerbekleding en hemelbekleding. Het dashboard is correct uitgevoerd en verkeert in goede staat.
De motorruimte is eveneens mooi origineel. De originele motor en de bijbehorende componenten zijn volgens de originele specificaties aanwezig en verkeren visueel in goede staat. Ook de versnellingsbak, koppeling, ophanging, stuurinrichting en het remsysteem bevinden zich in goede staat.

The car presents in a healthy, largely unrestored condition, having been repainted at some point in its history in its original factory colour, Cardinal Red (L354).
