The car is fully ready for a long drive.
There are invoices for all new purchased and replaced spare parts.
The following works were carried out:
- [ ] Replaced left front axle in full assembly with a new one (SKF);
- [ ] Replaced the right front axle in full assembly with a new one (SKF);
- [ ] Replaced left hub bearing (SKF);
- [ ] replaced nozzle of the supercharge system from the intercooler (GATES);
- [ ] replaced Pressure difference sensor before and after the diesel particulate filter (Bosch);
- [ ] Replaced air humidity sensor (VOLVO);
- [ ] Replaced sensor of the cabin fan regulator (VOLVO);
- [ ] Replaced right front ABS sensor;
- [ ] Replaced brake pedal position sensor;
- [ ] Replaced brake pedall brake light sensor;
- [ ] Replaced the old battery with a new battery (TAB Polar 12V 100AH-850A);
- [ ] Replaced cabin filter;
- [ ] Replaced the air supply filter;
- [ ] Replaced fuel filter (diesel);
- [ ] Replaced oil filter;
- [ ] Replaced the oil in the engine (TOTAL ENERGIES 0W-30 ACEA A5/B5, API SL/CF);
- [ ] Replaced the oil in the rear axle reducer (LIQUI MOLY 75W-90);
- [ ] Replaced the oil in the front axle angler (LIQUI MOLY 75W-90);
- [ ] Replaced the oil in the electronically controlled multi-disc clutch Haldex 5th generation (LIQUI MOLY clutch HALDEX);
- [ ] Replaced the entire volume of oil in the automatic transmission (9 litres of MANNOL ATF VI);
- [ ] DPF was removed and washed on a specialised stand for professional cleaning and washing, after which DPF gaskets were installed, in the process were replaced;
- [ ] Exhaust gas recirculation system is completely dismantled and cleaned (EGR radiator, EGR exhaust gas recirculation flap, EGR throttle, EGR valve, lead nozzle to the valve cover, valve cover);
- [ ] In the process of these works, all gaskets were replaced with new original ones (VOLVO), from the coolant supply tube and EGR radiator, EGR exhaust gas recirculation damper, EGR throttle, EGR valve, valve cover;
- [ ] Replaced the EGR exhaust gas recirculation flap with a new one (VOLVO), as there was a crack;
- [ ] Replaced the oil filter housing gasket (Volvo);
- [ ] Replaced on all 5 injectors, washers (VOLVO) and 2 types of rubber gaskets (VOLVO), it was done during the removal of the valve cover.
- [ ] A new Led instrument panel is also provided with the car (from 2014);
- [ ] The Volvo DICE is also provided with the car;
- [ ] The car additionally has a video recorder (as a regular one) with Wifi;
- [ ] Installed new windshield cleaners on the windshield and on the rear window;
- [ ] Installed beautiful R18 discs on new summer tires.
- [ ] Another set of 4 Volvo R18 discs on new winter tires is provided with the car. 8mm.
